PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Jourie offers thoughtfully designed paper goods, including journals, planners, notebooks, and other stationery products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
Discount codes may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
PRE-ORDERS
Some Jourie products may be sold as pre-orders.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to manufacturing, production, shipping, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If there are significant delays, we will notify customers via email.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jourie.co. We will review each case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
SHIPPING
We currently ship worldwide.
Shipping fees, delivery estimates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
